11.09.2014 – In cooperation with DAMCO, Kalitta and Airlink, LIFT coordinated the shipment of 16 tons of Medical Supplies from Americares to the International Organization for Migration to support the opening of a new Ebola Treatment Unit in Liberia.
10.30.2014 – LIFT in cooperation with Airlink, ALAN, Scan Shipping and Kalitta Airways, launched a 747 full of critical humanitarian aid from JFK in New York, destined for Freetown, Sierra Leone. The AFYA Foundation, Childfund, NOSLINA and the Public Health Agency of Canada all contributed in filling this aircraft with supplies to be used in the fight against the Ebola Virus Disease.
10.25.2014 – LIFT in support of: Americares, Directrelief, International Rescue Corps. International Medical Corps., Project Cure, Medshare, Rotary, Samaritan’s Purse, and Save the Children coordinated the delivery of 65 tons of humanitarian aid to Conakry, Guinea and Monrovia Liberia in cooperation with our partners at: Airlink, ALAN, FEDEX, Nippon Cargo Airlines, TNT and Western Global Airlines.
09.29.2014 – LIFT, in cooperation with Airlink, ALAN, Nippon Cargo Airlines and Western Global Airlines delivered 60 tons of critical humanitarian aid cargo from the US and Europe to Monrovia, Liberia via MD-11 for the benefit of the Liberian Ministry of Health & Social Welfare and their partners responding to the Ebola outbreak in Liberia.
09.16.2014 – LIFT is proud to announce their cooperation with partners, Airlink and ALAN, to build an efficient air bridge in order to deliver critical humanitarian aid to West Africa to combat the Ebola outbreak. This Herculean effort is made possible in-part by a generous donation from the Paul G. Allen Foundation.
08.27.2014- LIFT in cooperation with Airlink, ALAN, ATX Air Services, Fedex and UPS delivered 15000# of PPE (personal protective equipment) to Monrovia, Liberia via a chartered 737. The PPE was donated by The AFYA Foundation, Americares, Childfund, Directrelief and Medshare and destined for multiple NGOs cooperating with the Ministry of Health in Liberia in support of their efforts to contain and eradicate the Ebola virus.
